(LOT 51)
1931-32 Exhibits Babe Ruth Coupon Prize Back Pink Tint PSA 4 VG – POP 2; Only One PSA Example Graded Higher!

RARE RUTH EXHIBIT!!! This ever-elusive PSA 4 VG-EX 1931-32 Exhibit Supply Pink Tint subject with a Coupon Prize ad back is one of only five TOTAL PSA encapsulated examples, one of which is graded higher! The 1931-32 Exhibit Supply 32-card set features America's grandest movie stars as well as the majestic Sultan of Swat. Measuring approximately 3-1/2" x 5-1/2", the images come in various colors, with either a postcard or prize redemption verso. This eclectic issue stands as one of the scarcest of all Exhibit Card Sets, with the Babe Ruth subject residing as one of his rarest Exhibits. Ruth's global popularity as well as his starring roles in movies such as "Headin' Home" and "The Babe Comes Home" prompted his inclusion in this set. The classic pink hued half-body bust of the Babe showcasing his formal attire exhibits fine clarity and a stoic facial expression. Negligible flaws include even corner wear, minor edge chipping, and a light crease running across the top of Ruth's left shoulder. Most significantly, the red-hued flipside includes the obscure Coupon Prize offerings, the final thumbs up for a near-impossible to find keepsake destined to fill the painstaking void in your Ruthian compilation!
