Presented is a PSA encased 8" x 10" Type 1 WM. Jacobellis photo of Sandy Koufax leaving the field after his 16th win of the 1966 season, a 4-2 victory over the New York Mets. Strong borders and touched corners, a clear image with only mild surface abrasions is evident with a pencil notation on the reverse stating, "Jim Lefebvre #5 congratulates Sandy on win… Maury Wills is the other player." It is also dated "7/14/66 @ Shea Stadium" in pencil. The "New York Post Staff Photo by WM. Jacobellis" stamping in red is also included on the reverse at center.
