(LOT 1726)
Pair of Brewers Team Signed Baseballs from 1976 (25 Sigs) & 1982 (30 Sigs) - Both with Yount PSA/DNA LOAs
Shortstop Robin Yount is unquestionably the greatest Milwaukee Brewer to ever play for the Brew Crew. Hall of Famers like Paul Molitor and Rollie Fingers came and went, but Yount spent his entire 20-year career wearing the blue and gold. He is the only Brewer to surpass the 3,000-hit mark ultimately retiring in 1993 with 3,142 base knocks. As a two-time American League MVP, 3x All-Star, and Gold Glove and Silver Slugger winner, only a World Series championship eludes his Hall of Fame credentials. Offered here are two Milwaukee Brewers team-signed baseballs featuring Yount's signature and many others. 1) 1976 OAL Lee MacPhail baseball signed by Yount as well as Gorman Thomas, Dan Frisella and Jim Colborn as well as 22 others. Minimally toned overall, the signatures remain "7-9" strength with little fading or soiling. (Hank Aaron is deemed clubhouse.) 2) 1982 Official World Series Baseball from the AL pennant winning team featuring Hall of Famers Yount, Fingers, Molitor and Don Sutton as well as Stars Cecil Cooper, Harvey Kuenn and Pete Vuckovich and 23 others. Spot toning is evident with light soil, but the autographs remain from "6-8" strength. PSA/DNA LOA included.
