JUNIOR VLAD!!! Vladimir Guerrero Jr.'s major league debut was one of the most anticipated in recent years, and the son of the Hall of Fame slugger did not disappoint. In 2019, his first season with the Toronto Blue Jays, a team boasting multiple second-generation ballplayers, Vladdy clocked 15 home runs and drove in 69 runs while batting .272 in his rookie campaign. Two years later, Guerrero led the American League with 123 runs, 48 home runs and a .481 on-base percentage, batting an exceptional .311 in 2021. Had it not been for the seemingly superhuman exploits of pitching & hitting phenom Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Angels, Guerrero was a shoe-in for the AL MVP.
