Nearly 100 years after his retirement from playing baseball and 60 years after his death, Ty Cobb's signature remains one of the more sought-after autographs in the hobby. The 12-time batting champion and perhaps greatest hitter in Major League Baseball history continues to garner premium dollars for his autographed pieces, especially for items such as this 5-1/2" x 7" twice-signed magazine clipping. This amazing pair of iconic Cobb images back-to-back feature the Tiger great's signature in black fountain pen at bottom right of each. Encapsulated as Authentic on PSA/DNA, these two images remain in excellent condition with little to no flaws on the face of the Cobb batting images and two light unobtrusive abrasions on the running Cobb photo.
