(LOT 2088)
Harry Caray Single Signed Baseball

A ONE, A TWO, A THREE!!! On July 23rd, 1989, the Chicago Cubs played host to the Montreal Expos who ultimately beat the Northsiders 5-1. At the time, the Cubs were first in the division where they would finish the season before losing to the San Francisco Giants in the NLCS. Offered here is a single-signed Bobby Brown baseball from Cubs announcer Harry Caray. This virtually flawless Official American League Baseball has been signed and inscribed "7/23/89 – Holy Cow!! – Harry Caray" in bold black ink on the right panel. Other than the lightest bit of toning from age, this ball is otherwise in pristine condition. It's not often that you see a ball signed by the world renown broadcaster, especially one in such beautiful display worthy condition!
