1968 Willie Mays UPI News Service "May(S) Days" Type 1 Photo 7 1/2" x 7" PSA/DNA
Willie Mays stole 338 bases during his 23-year career. Offered here is a spectacular 7-1/2" x 7" original Type 1 in-action photo of Willie Mays stealing second against the Dodgers in 1968. This UPI photo presents with no significant wear and appear slightly miscut at the upper left edge. The reverse still retains the paper caption dated "6/27/68" and entitled "May(S) Day" despite Mays only going 1-5 in the loss. The UPI stamp is also boldly displayed on the back in black.
