EARLY UCLA IMAGE!!! Lew Alcindor was a standout center for UCLA from 1966-69 under coach John Wooden, leading the Bruins to three consecutive NCAA Championships. His dominance on the court helped shape college basketball, and his name change in 1971 adds to the intrigue and historical value of memorabilia from his early years with the Bruins. Seen here in a portrait pose wearing his UCLA Bruins uniform, donning a basketball net around his neck, has been signed in ballpoint pen across his chest.
