1922 N.Y. Yankees vs. Philadelphia Athletics Partially Score Game Day Program
This partially scored Yankees vs. Athletics program is in fair condition, with a minor fold going down the middle proving a fan was there that day taking in a ball game at the Yankees temporary home turf at the Polo Grounds since their stadium was still under construction. That year, the Yankees became AL champions under Miller Huggins. While in the World Series against the NY Giants, the Giants beat the Yankees 5-1 and sent the Yankees packing on their last outing of their home games played at the Polo Grounds as they entered their new stadium in 1923.
