R.E.M. Michael Stipe, Bill Berry, Peter Buck and Mike Mills Autographed CD: "AIDS AUCTION - OUT OF TIME" CD JSA LOA
In the late 1980s and early-1990s, R.E.M. became one of the first alternative rock bands, established by four University of Georgia students: Bill Berry (drums), Peter Buck (guitar), Mark Mills (bass) and Michael Stipe (lead vocals). Over three decades, R.E.M. produced 15 studio albums, including Out of Time, their most successful LP, which went quadruple platinum in the US selling four million copies. Offered here is one such copy of the 1991 Out of Time CD signed by the four members of the band. The signatures are bold and strong in felt tip, including Berry (black), Mills (blue), Buck (red) and Stipe (black) signed "Michael" with the "AIDS AUCTION" event title at center in black. This is a wonderful autographed album featuring the megahits Losing My Religion and Shiny Happy People from one of the pioneer bands of the alternative rock era.
