Babe Ruth Signed Wall Street Golf Association Menu PSA/DNA Encapsulated
BABE SIGNED MENU!!! The year was 1937. Even though Bobby Jones was the finest amateur golfer, Babe Ruth was the most famous golfer. A household name, he picked up the game at the age of 20 in 1915 during his rookie year with the Boston Red Sox. Babe trained with the Sox in Hot Springs, Arkansas where golf was a hot sport, attracting celebrities and crime lords like Al Capone. Ruth would rub elbows with these people on his time off from the baseball diamond. Dated June 9, 1937, this Golfer's Luncheon menu has been signed in pencil at the top by Babe. A bold signature of the Babe measures 2"-plus and is a great representation of Ruth's personality...big and bold like the man himself!
