1926 Lou Gehrig Louisville Slugger Professional Model Lathe Bat-Side Written Graded PSA GU 10 & Mears 10
Hillerich & Bradsby Lou Gehrig lathe bat is uncracked. The weight of the bat is written in pencil on the barrel. This lathe bat was used by Hillerich & Bradsby workers as a template for bats of the same model ordered by Gehrig. Visible side writing includes the weight and length ‘37 1/2 oz 35" followed by ‘Lou Gehrig 5-13-26'
