Offered here is a Jay Johnstone game-used bat measuring 35 inches and weighing 36.2 ounces with a labeling period of 1966. This Hillerich & Bradsby ash wood bat has a standard finish. There's heavy use and a crack in the back barrel. Johnstone was a member of two World Series teams: the Yankees in 1978 and the Dodgers in 1981. He was known as a versatile outfielder with a good sense of humor who kept the clubhouse loose with pranks and gimmicks. He later served as a radio color commentator for the Yankees and Phillies.
