Brown lettered in football, basketball, track and lacrosse, and is also considered to be one of the greatest lacrosse players ever. In 1957, Jim Brown took the NFL by storm and his dominance on the football field did not relent until 1965 when he retired at 29. He led the NFL in rushing yards eight of the nine years he played, scored 106 touchdowns and won three NFL Most Valuable Player awards as well as the 1963 NFL championship.
