This scarce 1926 W511 #71 Blue Duotone hand-cut PSA Authentic is one of only 18 PSA encapsulated examples, all of which reside in Authentic holders (and is more obscure than its W511 black and white peer). Other than some Exhibits, several "W" strip card issues, and a 1926 Spalding Champions subject, there are no other mainstream 1926 Ruth cards to choose from. Regarding aesthetics, the Babe's awe-inspiring batting pose more than offsets the irregular edge cut that is consistent with the Authentic assessment. The values for 1920 Ruth "W" cards are now soaring to stratospheric heights, justifying why this cardboard rarity would make a fine addition to any world-class Ruthian gathering!
