(LOT 374)
Wild Gunman - WATA 7.5 A+ Sealed with Hangtab, NES, Nintendo 1985 USA
FIRE!!!... The 1985 Wild Gunman was created for the Nintendo Entertainment System to mirror the 1974 arcade classic, converting the original electro-mechanical game play into a video game. As one of the more than a dozen launch games, Wild Gunman was released WITH the original Nintendo console and included a light-gun, known as the Beam Gun, as was a plastic holster belt. Though the arcade version relied on electro-mechanical light gun responses to the player's speed and accuracy, the Nintendo video game urged the shooters to fire once his opponent's eyes flashed and a speech bubble of "FIRE!" appeared on the screen.
The Nintendo Entertainment System was one of the most popular and best-selling game consoles of its era, the advent of home-entertainment systems. The offered Wild Gunman for NES has been graded 7.5 by WATA with an "A+" seal rating with Hangtab. This well-preserved Nintendo Famicon game has a first party H-seam. This POP 1 is the Made in Japan, Hangtab - NES-GP - NES-Code version. In 1989, after appearing in Back to the Future II, Wild Gunman enjoyed a surge in popularity.
