Babe Ruth Signed 1934 New York Yankees "Partial Team" Christy Walsh Issued Photo w/Eight Hall of Famers - Photo Measures Approx. 6-1/2" x 9-1/2" – PSA LOA w/Babe Ruth 7 NM AUTO Grade

BAMBINO AUTOGRAPH!!!... This remarkable 1934 NY Yankees sepia-toned photo includes 11 players situated in front of the Yankee Stadium dugout, and is signed by none other than the incomparable Babe Ruth! Indeed, the great Bambino has affixed his iconic "Babe Ruth" signature directly beneath his stoic image in black fountain pen, with PSA grading the signature an esteemed "7 NM". Measuring approximately 6-1/2" x 9-1/2" and professionally matted and framed to 17" x 19" dimensions, this Christy Walsh issued period image includes the following eleven Yankees donning their classic pinstriped uniforms from left to right: Bill Dickey/HOF; Chas "Red" Ruffing/HOF; Tony Lazzeri/HOF, Lou Gehrig/HOF, Earle Combs/HOF; Don Heffner; Babe Ruth/HOF (Signed); Joe McCarthy/HOF (Manager); Ben Chapman; Lefty Gomez/HOF; and Frank Crosetti. While eight of these baseball legends just happen to be Cooperstown Inductees, interestingly enough, it is non-Hall of Famer Don Heffner that is the key for pinpointing this awe-inspiring photo to the 1934 campaign.

Don Heffner started his MLB career in the Bronx in 1934, and since 1934 was the Sultan of Swat's last Yankee season before moving on to the Boston Braves, Heffner's appearance irrefutably places this as a 1934 Yankees photo. White facsimile signatures are printed directly beneath the players' images, and on close inspection of the white bordered illustration, the only flaws appear to be a few negligible surface wrinkles barely visible to the naked eye. Of course, it is Babe Ruth's autograph that literally steals the show, with 1934 being this baseball immortal's final season in the Big Apple. In the twilight of his unparalleled career, Ruth would still blast 22 homers, knock in 88 runs and post a formidable .288 batting average, with the Yankees 94-60 record earning them a second-place finish behind the pennant-winning Detroit Tigers. A world-class keepsake that would be a centerpiece attraction in any prestigious man cave, it is autographed by our National Pastime's undisputed greatest all-time player with Babe Ruth's hallowed script truly echoing for eternity!
