1957 Topps #35 Frank Robinson Rookie PSA 8.5 NM-MT+
ROBBY ROOKIE!!! Robinson was clutch. When you needed a big play, he always seemed to come through. And when he felt the Reds had given up on him, he proved them wrong by winning the triple crown in his first year in Baltimore. He played from 1956 to 1976, most notably for the Cincinnati Reds and the Baltimore Orioles. He is the only player to win league MVP honors in both the National and American Leagues.
He won the Triple crown, was a member of two teams that won the World Series (the 1966 and 1970 Baltimore Orioles), and amassed the fourth-most career home runs at the time of his retirement (he is currently ninth). Robinson was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1982. Offered here is an amazing PSA NM-MT+ 8.5 Rookie card from 1957. Fantastic at every turn. Borders and corners are pack fresh. Whites that would make a detergent company proud. Phenomenal card for the Hall of Fame Rookie collector.
