Our 38th President, Gerald Ford, signed this 1987 postmarked envelope from the state where he attended college and played center for the 1935 Michigan Wolverines. Our 39th President, Jimmy Carter, signed this 1976 postmarked envelope with his photo and postmarked the year of his presidential campaign.
