When the 1997 Masters rolled around in April, Tiger Woods already had three PGA Tour wins, including the 1997 season-opening Mercedes Championships, after only turning pro in August 1996. In anticipation of seeing something special as he first arrived at Augusta as a professional, droves upon droves of spectators lined the fairways, sometimes ten deep, to catch a glimpse of the phenom at work. The crowds were significantly larger than in previous Masters, and those tens of thousands of people witnessed that special something. After a middle-of-the-pack 70 on Day One, Tiger went 66-65-69 to finish with a four-day total of -18 (270), twelve shots better than runner-up Tom Kite. He became the youngest player to win the Green Jacket. Offered is an incredible 1997 Masters Customer Badge signed by Tiger Woods in black Sharpie with a UDA LOA included. PSA has deemed this historic entry pass in 9 MINT condition with a GEM MINT 10 signature from Tiger. The UDA certification sticker is also present on the face.
