1956 BROOKLYN DODGERS!!! This classic 1956 Brooklyn Dodgers team photo just happens to include eight Cooperstown inductees, including the iconic Jackie Robinson in his final MLB season. The seven additional Hall of Famers include Sandy Koufax in only his second season, rookie Don Drysdale, immortal catcher Roy Campanella, the great Duke Snider, first sacker Gil Hodges, Brooklyn's beloved captain Pee Wee Reese, and manager Walter Alston. Indeed, these eight legendary figures led the Dodgers to their second successive pennant, only to fall to the Yankees in the Fall Classic after capturing Brooklyn's one and only championship in 1955. The breathtaking image only reveals a vertical crease directly to the left of the right border, certainly not impeding the world-class central Dodgers team image!
