Catcher Rick Ferrell played 18 MLB seasons with five different ballclubs, with this eight-time all-star voted into the Hall of Fame in 1984. One of his prized collectibles is this 1933 Goudey #197 subject that has been boldly signed "Rick Ferrell" in jet black ink. Authenticated by SGC, the central image is absolutely superb, the perfect complement for the approximate "8" script that is seldom seen on any of Ferrell's Goudey subjects!
