1956-60 Baltimore Colts Multi-Signed Cut - Featuring HOFers Unitas & Donovan and "Big Daddy" Lipscomb PSA/DNA Authentic

On January 23, 1953, under the principal ownership of Carroll Rosenbloom, the NFL's Dallas Texans franchise relocated to Baltimore, adopting the "Colts" nickname and inheriting the team's blue and white colors. Before their inaugural season, the new Baltimore Colts orchestrated one of the most significant trades in sports history, acquiring 10 players from the Cleveland Browns in exchange for five Colts. The Colts kicked off the 1953 season with a stunning 13-9 upset over Chicago, highlighted by a then-NFL record 56-yard field goal from Rechichar. On November 30, 1958, the Colts secured their first Western Conference title with a 35-27 victory over San Francisco, played before a record home crowd of 57,557. Just four weeks later, Baltimore captured its first NFL championship, defeating the New York Giants 23-17 in a legendary "sudden death" overtime game at Yankee Stadium. This signed album page features notable players from the Colts' roster between 1956 and 1960, including Johnny Unitas, Art Donovan, Jim Mutscheller, Bill Pennington, and the elusive Big Daddy Lipscomb, their defensive tackle who tragically passed away at just 31 from a heroin overdose. A rare signed piece, this album page is a must-have for any serious Colts collector, though it does show some stains affecting the signatures of Donovan and Mutscheller.
