The accolades are long for MJ and include six NBA titles, five NBA MVPs and a 2009 Hall of Fame induction, but Tiger Woods is no slouch. From his arrival in 1997, many of his counterparts on the PGA Tour were consistently "playing for second" as Woods reached #1 in the World in August 1999 and did not relinquish it until September 2004 (264 straight weeks). From 1997 to 2009, he won 71 championships and 14 Major titles. MJ and Tiger were also fast friends and are frequent golf partners.
