President Woodrow Wilson Signed 19" x 22" Framed Ornate Military Appointment (1916) PSA/DNA (LOA at PSA)
Partially printed presidential document signed by Woodson, 15-1/4" x 18-3/4" (19" x 22" overall). Dated June 3rd, 1916, President Wilson appointed James R. Hezmalhalch. Signed at the conclusion by Wilson and countersigned by Secretary of War Newton D. Baker. Also signed in the upper left by Adjutant General Henry Pinckney McCain, Senator John McCain's uncle. Complete blue War Office seal affixed to the lower left. In very good to fine condition.
