5-CENT SCARCITY!!!... As one of only 32 encapsulated examples from PSA, this 5-cent wax pack has survived 69 years and has been holdered 5 EX by PSA. Displaying moderate storage soiling on the face of this lime-green wax wrapper, it shows limited discoloration on the reverse with a fully intact enclosure. This deserves one of the best collections. This is the highest graded of the 5-cent wax pack variations, with the potential to house rookie issues of Koufax, Clemente and Killebrew, as well as Hall of Famers Aaron, Kaline, Robinson, Spahn and Ted Williams.
