EL TIANTE!!!... Luis Tiant went 10-4 with a 2.83 ERA with the Cleveland Indians in 1964 but failed to garner AL ROY consideration. This 1965 Topps #145 Luis Tiant Rookie graded 9 MINT by PSA should, however, catch some attention. Only a handful are graded higher, making this an upgrade card for most sets.
