(LOT 111)
1961 Fleer #10 Bob Cousy PSA 9 MINT

CELTIC FOR LIFE!!!... It was in the borough of Queens, New York that Bob Cousy honed his ball handling skills which helped make him the most successful point guard in NBA history. His upbeat, streetball, fast-paced game was significantly different from the NBA's often flat-footed offenses. But Cousy's innovative behind-the-back dribbling and no-look passing soon became commonplace in the NBA as play began to change in favor of speed. Bob Cousy was one of the first players on the Boston Celtics to help turn the team around and create one of the greatest dynasties in all of professional sports. Cousy helped lead the Celts to six NBA championships alongside Bill Russell, Tommy Heinsohn and K.C. & Sam Jones. He led the NBA in assists eight straight times and won an MVP in 1957. Offered here is a 1961 Fleer #10 Bob Cousy in a 9 MINT from PSA. Brilliant color, pack-fresh borders, and the cleanest of surfaces, this one is striking to say the least. Only three eclipse this high-grade example.
