Both letters, written and signed by President Jimmy Carter in blue and black ballpoint pen in January 1992 and 1995, thank Rick Pallack for the ties Pallack sent President Carter. The Hollywood Reporter was quoted as saying, "Rick Pallack...elegant, luxurious and classy". Pallack was a designer and wardrobe specialist for many celebrities, politicians, and dignitaries. He was in Los Angeles, CA.
