This was the Centennial Tournament, #100, taking place in Lemont, Illinois, July 6th, 2003. 2003 was the same year Tiger Woods won Player of the Year with his five tournament wins, including one that carried a $4.5 million purse. Tiger shot a tournament-record-tying 21-under and at one point on that Sunday's back nine, he led by 10 strokes. This scoresheet measures 4 ft. wide by 3 ft. high. This is the official Scoreboard/Scoresheet as the owner was the official scorekeeper for the event. He tells us Tiger won the event by a record score and rarely signed anything like this.
