The 1983 Topps Baseball set remains one of the more sought-after of the 1980s and unopened material continues to tick upward in price with potential GEM MINT cards included in every find. In 1983, Topps produced the "Michigan Test" box, identical to the standard boxes, that featured foil packs as opposed to the familiar wax packs. Offered here is one such box that has been authenticated and shrink-wrapped by the Baseball Card Exchange.
