1954 Bowman #1 Phil Rizzuto SGC 9 MINT
SUPER SCOOTER!!! This is the best there is, according to SGC's POP Report. Prior to landing a starting job at short with the New York Yankees in 1941, the 5'6" Rizzuto was considered too small to play in the Majors. The diminutive Scooter proved everyone wrong with five All-Star nods, seven World Series and the 1950 MVP. This 1954 Bowman is the highest graded SGC example. Perfect in every way.
