(LOT 1719)
2000 Stanford Pac 10 Champs Rose Bowl Salesman Sample Ring with "DP" Initials Inside

The 1999 Stanford Cardinal football team won their first PAC-10 championship since 1971 and completed the California sweep, beating UCLA, Cal and USC in the same season. This appealing Rose Bowl salesman's sample championship ring commemorates that magical season, despite falling to Wisconsin on January 1st. Adorned with 26 cubic zirconia and the Stanford "S" on the crown, this size 12 "ROSE BOWL – PAC-10 CHAMPS" silver-plated ring highlights the California Sweep on the right shank and the scores while the left shank holds Cardinal wide receiver "PITTS" name, a Rose Bowl impression and "2000" at the base. The letters "DP" have been etched in the interior under the crown.
