(LOT 1687)
1939 Pasadena City College Jackie Robinson Triple Signed Yearbook PSA/DNA LOA

This "CAMPUS" Pasadena City College Yearbook from 1939 has been signed three times by Baseball Hall of Famer and Brooklyn Dodger Legend, Jackie Robinson. Robinson signs his track and field photos and one basketball photo. Basketball photo is signed "Jack". One track and field photo is signed "Jack" and inscribed, "Bill, that's all that writing is a bunch of bull, Jack". The other track and field photo reads, "Best of luck to one of the guys I know. Here's wishing you all the luck, success and happiness in the world, Jackie Robinson". Robinson was quite a gentleman. So humble and kind. The youngest of five children raised by a single mother, Jackie Robinson was a four-sport star at Pasadena Junior College, which he attended in 1938 and 1939. He was named the region's Most Valuable Player in baseball in 1938, and the baseball field at Pasadena City College, as it's called now, is named Jackie Robinson Memorial Field at Brookside Park. Three bold autographs all authenticated by PSA/DNA. LOA is included from PSA/DNA.
