1964 Topps Giants Complete Registered Set - #9 on Set Registry with 9.28 GPA
#9 ON PSA'S SET REGISTRY!!! The 160-card 1964 Topps Giants Baseball set featured postcard-sized images of the players centered between four white borders, starkly different from the 1964 standard issue. Offered here is the #9 ranked set from the heralded PSA Set Registry boasting a GPS of 9.28 with six GEM MINT 10 examples, 52 9 MINT issues and only two graded at 8 NM-MT. Eight cards are the highest graded examples in the hobby (six are 10s) and four have only a single card graded higher. Included in the Hall of Famers and stars are: PSA 10: 31 Spahn; PSA 9: 3 Koufax (rare), 7 Ford, 12 Kaline, 11 Clemente, 25 Mantle, 29 F. Robinson, 37 Marichal, 38 Killebrew, 41 Gibson, 48 Yastrzemski, 49 Aaron, 50 B. Robinson, 51 Mays and 52 B. Williams. These may be Giants, but it was no small chore assembling this 9th ranked set in such high-grade.
