RARE MATHEWSON!!! Rare portrait card of Giants pitcher Christy Mathewson was hand-cut from Post Cereal boxes in 1930. The caption proclaims Matty as the "Greatest of all baseball pitchers". Post Cereal included him as the ONLY baseball player in the set "Famous North Americans", which featured prominent U.S. Presidents and noteworthy American legends. Astounding hand-cut card with none graded higher.
