This magnificent PSA 5.5 EX+ 1911 Turley Red Joe Tinker cabinet is one of only three examples at this near-impossible to find plateau, with a meager four specimens graded higher! Joe Tinker's ultra-popular status as the first link of the iconic "Tinker to Evers to Chance" Chicago Cubs double play combination has earned his cardboard collectibles HOF stature. Simply stated, finding PSA 5.5 T3 Cabinets is tantamount to locating a needle in a haystack. The super scarce assessment is justified by an outstanding Tinker throwing image that has defied time, with the somewhat right-angled corners consistent with an EX-MT grade. The only notable flaw preventing a higher assessment is a diminutive black soiling spot near the upper left edge, with the relatively clean surfaces and sparkling hues being the highlights of this Cooperstown Inductee's T3 heirloom!
