REDBIRD RED!!! Hall of Famer Red Schoendienst on his Rookie card issued in 1948. Red Schoendienst played second base for 15 seasons with the St. Louis Cardinals and spent 67 of his 76 years in organized baseball in the Gateway City. In 1967 and '68, Schoendienst managed the club to the National League pennant and won the World Series title in 1967 with the likes of Bob Gibson, Lou Brock, Orlando Cepeda and Roger Maris leading the charge.
