1955 World Series Game 7 Ticket Stub Brooklyn 2-New York 0 Oct. 4th - MVP-Podres-Dodgers 1st/Only Win in Brooklyn PSA 2 GOOD
BUMS WIN!!!... Following the 1955 World Series, Johnny Podres never had to buy a beer in Brooklyn ever again, nor likely did any of his championship winning Dodger teammates. At only 22, the native New Yorker shutout the hard-hitting Yankees 2-0 in Game 7 to close out the World Series and give the Dodgers the first title in franchise history. Podres went 2-0 during the World Series and was named WS MVP. Offered here is a ticket stub encapsulated and graded 2 GOOD by PSA.
