"Beauty" Bancroft's death just a year after his 1971 Hall of Fame induction makes his signed plaque one of the toughest in the hobby, but the few that do exist are all but universally signed on the verso. This specimen is the rarest of exceptions to that rule, the 7/10 blue ink signature, in our opinion, has been applied to the top. PSA Authenticated.
