1961 Peters Meats Minnesota Twins Complete Set of 26 NM-MT
RARE FULL SET!!! This set, featuring the 1st year Minnesota Twins, is in a large, 4-5/8" x 3-1/2" format. Cards are on thick cardboard and heavily waxed, as they were used as partial packaging for the company's meat products. Card fronts feature full-color photos, team and Peters logos, and biographical information. The cards are blank backed and rarely sold in set form, not to mention in this type of NM-MT condition. Key cards are Jim Kaat, Camilo Pascual and Harmon Killebrew. This set is magnificent!
