1910-Era Tobacco Card Cigar Box Collection
A cigar box sent to our offices yielded a little bounty of 1910-era tobacco cards. Aside from the cards we submitted to PSA, we point out a very desirable little group of eight different T206 "El Principe De Gales" backs in clean VG-EX condition. There's significant break value here. Even includes the original cigar box our consignor's great grandfather kept all of the cards in over the last 100 years! Ungraded collection includes: eight different T206 "El Principle De Gales" backs (VG-EX); 28 –T206s including six different HOFers – Griffith, Crawford, Jennings, Willis, Bender & Huggins (Fair to VG-EX); 7 different - T218s including Jeffries (VG-EX) and Jack Johnson (Poor); nine assorted/miscellaneous sports cards (Poor to VG); 129 assorted 1910-era non-sports (Fair-EX); PSA-graded: six different – T202s including Cobb (see photo) and six significant T206s with two Cobbs (see photo).
