1930 MAJOR CHAMPION!!! By 1933, the year of this issuance, Bobby Jones had retired from competitive golf and prepared to open Augusta National Golf Course, widely considered one of the greatest courses in the world. Jones, who remains the last player to win all four Majors in a single calendar year, was also in the midst of creating and developing and starring in golf instructional films that would be studied for years to come by golfers worldwide to improve their game.
