1991 Fleer #29 Michael Jordan 3-D Wrapper Redemption PSA 10 GEM MINT
RARE 3D JORDAN!!! 1991-92 Fleer Basketball cards were massed produced. The complete set consisted of 40 cards from the players in the early 90's. Over produced, these cards are currently not very valuable, but they had a redemption program that created rare send away cards. We are offering one here!!! On the backside of these wax packs there was a special offer from Fleer. For $4.99, plus shipping and handling, and 2 wax wrappers, you were able to redeem them for a 3D parallel of any card from the base set.

Unlike other 3D cards at the time, these ones didn't use lenticular printing. They are made up of multiple layers of an acrylic & acetate-like material. Fleer also included a display stand for each card that was redeemed. The 3D quality is lifelike when holding the cards. Not a lot of people took part in this wrapper redemption program from this overproduced product. Even the collectors who did, found out these cards are very condition sensitive.
