Dizzy Dean signs this postcard in a bold blue ball point pen. Dean played for St. Louis from 1932-1937 and with Chicago from 1938-1941. Dean was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1953. A brash and colorful personality, Dean was the last National League pitcher to win 30 games in one season.
