1998 Rodney Peete Game Used Philadelphia Eagles Helmet (LOA from Newport Sports Museum)
This Rodney Peete Game Used Philadelphia Eagles helmet is from the 1998 season. Peete was a 1st team All-America selection at USC and the first Trojan to win the Johnny Unitas Award as the nation's best Senior quarterback. He finished 2nd to Barry Sanders in the 1988 Heisman voting. This Game Used Rodney Peete Riddell Helmet measures 7-3/8" and shows great wear, with scratches and rub marks throughout the green shell.

The white, black and gray Eagle wing decal is featured on each side with a significant puncture on the left decal indicating more game-use. "Riddell" is lettered across the custom front bumper and "EAGLES" is stamped along the back bumper. The NFL shield and warning label appears on the rear of the shell, along with a 'PEETE' vertical dymo label. The helmet is complete with AF-2 padding inside and Velcro next to each earhole to station the headset from which he received the play call. It comes with his original black facemask and white Riddell chinstrap, all completely intact. Includes a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
