(LOT 711)
1948 Bowman #34 Joe Fulks PSA 8 NM-MT

One of the classic 1948 Bowman Hall of Famers is forward Joe Fulks who is considered the first prolific scoring forward in NBA history. Fulks played 9 seasons with the Philadelphia Warriors, establishing an NBA single game scoring record when he poured in 63 points on February 10, 1949.

That record stood for 14 years, eventually eclipsed by the legendary Elgin Baylor who scored 64 points in 1959. Basketball purists jump at the opportunity to seize a high-grade Fulks '48 Bowman rookie card, justifying why this PSA 8 marvel (bested by only 2 copies) with a nearly perfectly centered Fulks image anxiously awaits a new home in an esteemed PSA Registered compilation!
