Trout's rise to fame began as an AL Rookie of the Year followed by three AL MVP awards, and an astonishing six top 5 finishes before injuries limited his play. He is somewhat of a modern-day Mickey Mantle, whereas Shohei Ohtani is considered a modern-day Babe Ruth. Ohtani can do it all as well, but he can pitch too.
