1957 Topps #35 Frank Robinson Rookie PSA 8.5 NM-MT+
JUDGE!!! When Frank Robinson captured the 1956 National League Rookie of the Year, it was a no-brainer as he led the NL in runs scored and HBPs while batting .290 with 38 home runs and 83 RBIs. He also finished 7th in NL MVP voting. Earning an All-Star nod each year until 1961, for the fourth time in five years, Robinson hit 30 or more home runs (37), a feat he would accomplish eleven times. He was named NL MVP that season. But it all started in that ROY 1956 campaign, as illustrated here on his 1957 Topps #35 holdered 8.5 NM-MT+ by PSA. Spot-on centering with borders and corners that are as pack-fresh as you can ask for, and the image of the Reds Rookie remains crystal clear and clean with razor-sharp corners and edging.
