BOSOX CY YOUNG!!!... This super scarce PSA 3 VG 1906-07 W601 Sporting Life Boston Americans team composite postcard is one of only two PSA encapsulated examples and the finest of the two! The Sporting Life Publishing Co. issued these smaller postcard versions of the larger 13" x 14" team composites, portraying the exact same portrait poses for each respective team. Most significantly, this subject reveals the iconic portrait pose of Cy Young, originally struck by Carl Horner, with HOF player/manager Jimmy Collins situated in the center of the card. General surface and corner wear account for the grade, with the critical player images boasting fine clarity and contrast.
